Responsibilities:
  • Conducting prior art searches using search tools like Delphion and Thomson Innovation.
  • Interacting with inventors at various multinational client locations and reviewing invention disclosures and assisting them in reviewing their ideas for patentability and completing the invention disclosures.
  • Preparing high quality patent applications acceptable to our multinational clients for filing at the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), European Patent Office (EPO), India Patent Office (IPO), China Patent Office (CPO) and/or World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
  • Preparing Responses to Office Actions (US, India, PCT and EP).
Required Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of US, India and other foreign patent prosecution laws, rules, and procedures (desired but not essential).
  • Attention to detail and follow through with team attitude that no job is too big or to
  • o small.
